ABOUT THOMAS AS A Licensed Professional Counselor IN HIS OWN WORDS:

In life, struggles, obstacles, and hardships are part of the human experience. To put it bluntly, life is just not fair at times. It is my hope and wish to help you along your journey as you navigate the obstacles in your own life. I strongly believe that in the therapeutic process the most important aspect is the relationship between the counselor and the client. For this reason my primary goal is make every effort to help the client feel safe and welcome in the counseling session.

I help clients that are dealing with a variety of issues. I have helped individuals, couples and families that are dealing with anxiety, depression, and conflict. I specialize in issues having to do with trauma, spirituality, and marriage and family dynamics.

I also provide therapy for clients who are looking for a Spanish-speaking counselor. I believe that each client is different, therefore my counseling approach is flexible. While I enjoy providing evidenced-based services, my approach is dependent upon the client's needs.
